Richard Charles was born in 1850 at Shrewsbury, Salop, the sixth child of Thomas and Mary Williams.

Richard worked as a Painter & Glazier.
He met and married Margaret EVANS, (born in 1856),
who lived in Longden Coleham, Salop.


They had a son:-
John Charles born about 1887.
Richard died in January 1911.
Margaret died in March 1926.
