The clear remainder of Mr Henry Cowton's
personal and real estate the latter consisting
of two Messuages, and eight Oxgangs of
Land, Arable Meadow and Pasture with the
Appertenances, situate within the Township
of Suerty and Marton in the County of York.
And also three Oxgangs and a half of one Close
of Land Arable Meadow and Pasture, in the
Lordship of Bridlington to the only Uses of
the poor of Bridlington cum Key and Hunmanby
for ever.
II
An annuity, or annual rent charge of Three
pounds per annum for ever to be issuing and
going forth of the Close called the Intacks
in the Lordship of Hunmanby to be received
by the Overseers of the poor of Hunmanby
for the time being at the Feasts of the
Annunciation of our Blessed Lady Mary the
Virgin and St. Michael the Archangel by evan
and eaqual portions.
