If you press and hold the 'Ctrl' key (which is located at the bottom left & right corner of your main keypad) then press '+' or '-' you can zoom in & out to see the entries more clearly. (In Firefox and IE8 you can hold the 'Ctrl' key & press '0' to return to normal size view)
As you move the arrow cursor over the Family Tree image it will change to a hand shape if there is a link to a page, left click and you will be taken to the relevant page.
